Erin Casciano, LMSW
Located in Orchard Park, New York
Erin Casciano is a therapist at Whole Wellness Counseling in Orchard Park, NY, specializing in supporting individuals through grief, heartbreak, and life transitions. Her approach is rooted in compassion, presence, and trust in each person’s ability to heal. She believes that everyone has access to their own inner wisdom and offers a supportive space to help clients connect with it.
She holds a Master of Social Work from the University at Buffalo and has completed training in Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy (SIP), EMDR, and Level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS continues to shape both her clinical work and the way she connects with her own inner life. Erin appreciates how it invites curiosity and honors every part of us—even the ones that feel hard to understand. Her background in crisis support, palliative care, and grief counseling has given her a deep respect for the complexity and resilience people bring to the room.
Outside of work, Erin finds joy in spending time outdoors (Chestnut Ridge is a favorite), exploring new hobbies, and occasionally getting lost in a creative project just for fun. She believes therapy can be a space where stories, expression, and self-discovery naturally unfold—where there’s room to tell the truth, even when it’s messy. As Andrea Gibson writes, “The truth isn’t always hopeful, but the telling of it is.” Erin’s style is warm, curious, and collaborative—and yes, she’d absolutely LOVE to hear about your dog.
