Our Administrative Team

Chelsea Smith

Director of Clinical Operations

I have been involved in healthcare operations and administration since high school. I assisted in founding Whole Wellness and currently manage billing, insurance, and customer care. I am also a parent of identical twin preschoolers, which has made me adept at time management and finding efficient ways to accomplish tasks. Between homeschooling my daughters, I am available to assist our staff and answer any questions about scheduling, billing, and use of our electronic health records.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me via email at support@wholewellnesscounseling.org or through the portal. I aim to respond to all inquiries on the same day they are received.

Anna Danner

Director of Operations

I began my operations career in restaurants, followed by large corporations, and now with Whole Wellness, a small, family-owned and operated business! Currently, I handle all of the new client onboarding, office management, HR, clinician onboarding, social media, and bookkeeping. No two days are the same, which is exactly what I look for in a position!

If you are a new client looking to begin therapy, I am here to help make the process as seamless as possible. Feel free to call, text, or email me - whichever option is easiest for you!

I live in Buffalo, NY. When I am not working, I love to spend time outside gardening, walking my dog, and spending time with my loved ones (especially the twin preschoolers mentioned above).

Sarah Daner

Interim Director of Operations

I live in Gowanda, NY with my partner and our two dogs. Currently in the final semester of the MSW program at the University at Buffalo, I am a former teacher embarking on a new career in the field of social work. After working in education from 2016-2022 in various settings and with a wide range of students, I decided it was time for a change. Last year, I interned with the Rural Outreach Center, learning about play therapy and other programs focused on alleviating rural poverty. This year, I am interning with BestSelf’s Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) Program, where I lead group therapy sessions and learn more about integrated treatment for co-occurring disorders. In my free time, I love to read, garden, exercise, and do various crafts. I look forward to building a career in which I can support others while maintaining balance in my own life.
