Kailey Lopian Artiles, LMSW
With a strong focus on trauma-informed care, Kailey specializes in helping people heal from past experiences and build healthier, more resilient relationships with themselves and others. She works with children, teens, and adults— through individual therapy or family-focused sessions—fostering deeper connections that promote healing and growth. Kailey is also dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate the journey to parenthood, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the early stages of parenthood. Additionally, she is committed to serving historically marginalized populations, especially immigrant and refugee communities.
Kailey received her Master of Social Work (MSW) and Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University at Buffalo. Kailey draws upon both the wisdom she has gained from her own life journey and the diverse experiences she has accumulated through working in community-based mental health, schools, medical settings, the foster care system, and private practice.
Therapy with Kailey is a collaborative process. She believes in the power of compassion, empathy, and humility to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported in working towards goals that matter to you. Kailey draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including IFS, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. Her approach is rooted in long-term, sustainable change.
Outside of the office, Kailey enjoys sunshine, good food, baking, doodling, traveling, and reading! She finds these creative outlets, combined with family time, including with her young child, not only bring joy but also help her to recharge and stay grounded.
