Ann Frank, LCSW

Ann is excited to join the team at Whole Wellness after years of working in community mental health settings and in private practice. She comes with a varied background of training and experience including specialized training in the use of art in therapeutic settings and in trauma therapy (EMDR)/ trauma-informed care. She works with an eclectic, strengths-based approach (using a variety of different approaches
and modalities) - finding this the best way to customize counseling to meet the individual needs of each person. She’ll be eager to work with you to find the best approaches to meeting your goals for the counseling experience. Her goal is to support you in your growth in a safe, relaxed, and comfortable environment.

Ann enjoys working with people of all ages, addressing a wide variety of issues related to mental and emotional health and wellbeing. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • People dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma
  •  People who are part of the LGBTQ+ community
  • People who work in the arts, education, or in helping and healing professions
  • People dealing with grief and loss
  • People of all ages with attention issues (and the families who love them),
  • People who deal with chronic pain or physical health issues.

Ann offers video or in-office appointments with some evening hours available.
